Lydia Rosen is an Analyst in Hodges Ward Elliott’s Hotel Investment Advisory Group in New York. She is primarily responsible for financial analysis and underwriting, transaction management, and the preparation of offering memoranda and pitch materials.
Lydia joined the firm in September of 2023. Prior to her full-time role, she completed two internships at HWE in 2021 and 2022, in the Los Angeles and New York office, respectively.
Lydia graduated from Princeton University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with certificates in Finance and Cognitive Science. At Princeton, she was a four-year Varsity Athletics member of the Women’s Openweight Rowing Team.
