- Celina Nowicki is a Senior Analyst in the Hospitality Investment Advisory practice at Hodges Ward Elliott. Based in the Tampa office, she specializes in financial analysis, underwriting, and the preparation of offering memoranda and marketing materials, supporting the execution of hotel transactions across the United States.
- Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott in April 2025, Celina was a Senior Analyst at Rockbridge Holdings, where she was a member of the Investments team. In this role, she sourced and underwrote hospitality and multifamily investment opportunities across debt and equity structures, performed market analysis, and assisted with transaction execution and closing processes.
- Celina graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Supply Chain Management.
