- Jake Trivilino is an Analyst in Hodges Ward Elliott’s Capital Markets Group. Joining the firm in June 2021, Jake’s primary responsibilities include the preparation of offering materials for debt and equity placements for institutional commercial real estate transactions throughout North America, as well as financial underwriting/analysis and transaction management.
- Prior to HWE, Jake was a Marketing Associate for developer Dranoff Properties, and focused on the marketing, branding, and sale of luxury residential product in Downtown Philadelphia.
- Jake graduated from Lehigh University in 2019 with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate Sciences, is an alumnus of the Lehigh Men’s Rugby Football Club and continues to be an active alumnus of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
